FAQ

I'm new, where should I start?
- If you're new, I ecommend starting with the Start Here - At Home Stretch Me TF Out Experience. It's the best introduction to get your body moving, lossen up and get comfortable before attending an in-person class.

- No prior dance experience is required. Classes are structured to build foundation, confidence, and control at your own pace.

What should I expect from my first In-person class or session?
- You can expect a fun, inviting enviornment led by Viva La'Veese surrounded by likeminded women (if you're in an open class), focused on foundation, intention, and presence.
