Our FCK DEM KIDS luxury wrapping paper is printed on demand specifically for each order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, accidental purchases, or incorrect product selections.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We want every customer to receive their order in excellent condition!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when the issue is verified.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders enter production shortly after purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible and cannot be guaranteed once production begins.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
