PRIVATE LESSON RETAINER

Thank You for choosing Viva La'Dance! Private Lessons are a sure way to gain knowledge and understanding in an intimate setting. No distractions and catered completely to your wants and needs. 

SERVICES & RATES:
One on One (60min): $200
Bestie & Me (60min You + A Friend): $300
3 Bundle One on One (60min each): $500

There is a 50% Deposit needed to lock in your Private session. Your balance is due one week before your scheduled date. 
PLEASE LEAVE YOUR DESIRED DATE AND TIME IN THE NOTES SECTION UPON CHECKING OUT. Our availability is Mon, Tue, Thur and Fri 4pm-9pm. Daytime availability can be arranged between the hours of 12pm-3pm depending on Viva's availability. If you request a daytime slot, please add "DAYTIME ADD-ON" to your cart at checkout. It's an additional $25 fee. PLEASE NOTE: Daytime availability would fall on a Mon, Tue or Wed Only.

PRIVATE LESSON USAGE & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Session Completion Window: All single One on One sessions must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase. All 3-session packages must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of purchase. Unused sessions do not roll over or extend past this window. 
PAUSING, DELAYING OR RESUMING SESSIONS
Request to pause sessions, delay the start date or resume lessons weeks or months later fall outside of the normal rescheduling window and require a $60 Rescheduling fee for each session you need to reschedule, plus a $100 Inconvenience fee. This fee must be paid within 24hrs of your rescheduling request and before any future dates are released or confirmed. 
NORMAL RESCHEDULING WINDOW
A reschedule is considered "normal" when the session is moved within 7 days of the original appointment and remains within the 30 or 60 Day package period. There is still a $60 Reschedule fee (No Inconvenience fee)
OUTSIDE THE NORMAL WINDOW: IF A CLIENT REQUEST
Any date more than 7 days out, any change that pushes sessions outside of the 30/60 day window or ask to pause/hold the sessions, it is a $100 Inconvenience Fee along with our $60 Rescheduling Fee Per Session. 
FAILURE TO COMPLETE SESSIONS OR PAY FEES
Any session not completed within the 30 or 60 day window is forfeited. There are No Refunds, Credits or Extensions offered. Failure to pay fees, your sessions are canceled.
