Maybe Motherhood has forced you to put your Femininity or Womanhood on the back burner and you're now ready to tap back in with her. This is common for a lot of women. We lose our confidence and ourselves from catering to others.

Viva La'Veese has created The Everyday Woman Series: a 3mth Mental & Physical Transformation geared to help you reconnect with The Woman Within through dance.

3mth Journey Includes:
- 2 60min Sessions a Month (a Total of 6)
- 3 Songs of Your Choice showcasing Your Personality, Your Desires, Your Weaknesses and Your Strengths (We will work on each song 1 per month)
- "Vent with Viva" Therapeutic Conversations throughout of Sessions to Regain your Confidence and Knowledge of Self.
- A Woman Performance after your 3mths is Completed! Invite up to 15 of your closest friends to come to the studio and watch you Evolve in front of their eyes!
Drinks & Lights Refreshments Included as well as Viva herself as your Hostess.
- A Thank You Gift the night of your Showcase!
